FAQs

1. How does the session work? (1) Go to the page, book online. (2) Once you find a time that works for you, use the Request a Booking feature. This feature is free to use and you'll only get charged when we confirm your booking (a credit card pre-auth is required). (3) At the right time, you are reminded to join the 1:1 video session. Ask your questions and receive high quality guidance.

2. How long are the sessions? The sessions are between 60 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the offer you choose.

3. How much can I accomplish in a session? If you come prepared with 3-5 questions that are keeping you up and an open mind to challenge your way of thinking, you’ll walk away with insights, lived and/or unique perspectives, and/or a complementary framework to solve a strategic or operational problem.

4. Can international customers use the service? Yes! People from all over the world have access to the service. We currently accept all major credit cards.

5. What timezone are the virtual consultations based in? All of the times presented on our website are local to your time. For example, if you're based in New York, the times will be presented in ET.

6. What am I allowed to ask? You’ll find specialties on the page, Book Online. Or, if you’re interested in experiential learning, you can ask about craft and stories of change, success, turnaround.

7. Can I cancel or reschedule the session? Unfortunately not. Sessions once booked cannot be cancelled or refunded. On exception, reschedule and refunds may be considered for a fee in compensation.

8. What is excluded? Documented plans, strategies, PDFs, minutes of the consult. AI and/or any software based recordings and transcriptions of the consult.
