1. Terms of Engagement

 

By booking a session, you are entering into a professional agreement with an independent consultant.

 

2. Services & Fees

 

Sessions are conducted live via video, as 1-hour or 2-hour engagements:

​

• Individual Leadership Consultation: INR 20,000 per hour

• Leadership Team Consultation: INR 200,000 per session, each upto 2 hours.

 

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of Services that we offer/ number of people we accept into our services. All descriptions of Services and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any Service at any time. Any offer for any Service made on this Website shall be considered as void, if it is prohibited by any applicable law in future. 

 

3. Booking & Payment

 

You may express your interest by sending an inquiry or booking online.

 

With our Request a Booking feature, you can request a booking by sending times that work for you. This feature is free to use and you'll only get charged when we confirm the booking (a credit card pre-auth is required).

 

To book an appointment you need to pay fees for the consultancy service  in full, online. On successful completion of the payment for consultancy, we will confirm your appointment with us on Terms and Conditions herein.

 

You will receive a confirmation on the Website and / or via SMS and / or email and / or an online communication or messaging service. 

 

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment with a refund. 

 

4. Client Responsibility & Shared Ownership

 

This engagement is collaborative. We provide:

 

• Perspective shaped by experience

• Structured thinking and sharp diagnosis

• Honest, direct insight

• Practical pathways forward

 

The client (your) responsibility:

 

• Context specific to your business 

• Openness and willingness to be challenged

• Ownership of decisions

• Execution beyond the session

 

You agree to:

 

• Show up on time with a clear problem, decision, or situation

• Engage honestly, actively

• Be ready for a direct, focused conversation

• Take responsibility for translating insight into action

• Take ownership of decisions and follow-through

• Expect to be challenged

 

At the end of the session, you will have a perspective, and a deployable framework. 

 

Outcomes depend on your ownership, implementation, in your business environment including other factors. 

 

We do not provide plans, recordings, PDFs, written notes and/or minutes of the meeting. 

 

You agree not to record and/or transcribe the session through AI or any software, including audio/video recording. 

 

5. Refund Policy

​

All payments are strictly non-refundable.

 

6. Rescheduling

 

Sessions cannot be rescheduled. Missed and cancelled sessions will be forfeited.

 

You are not entitled to any refund or compensation on cancellation of appointment. On exception, we may reschedule a session subject to a 48 hour prior notice and a fee to accommodate the change. 

 

  

7. Nature of Engagement

 

This is an advisory service only. No employment, partnership, or fiduciary relationship is created.

 

Guidance is based on the information you provide and may not reflect all variables.

8. Confidentiality

 

All information shared during sessions will be kept strictly confidential, subject to legal obligations.

 

9. Intellectual Property Rights

​

You acknowledge and agree that all the materials, text, images, videos, graphics, trademarks, logos, button icons, music, software and other elements available on the Website are the property of Karina Monteiro or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and/or other proprietary rights and laws.

You agree not to sell, license, rent, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, modify or create derivative works from any content or materials on Website.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will produce results to your expectations as all business outcomes depend on multiple variables beyond our control.

We publish blogs on our Substack and Linkedin accounts. You may read such blogs for information purposes only. Such blogs are not advice.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you. 

 

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions.

This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. The provision of the Services (as defined hereinafter) to you is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Without limiting the foregoing, we shall be under no obligation to provide any services not expressly agreed to provide under these Terms and Conditions in writing.

 

12. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this Website. By visiting our Website, you represent and warrant to us that you are 18 years of age or older.
