When you book time with me, you can expect:

I work with a small number of clients intentionally. Your time will be respected and used well.

This Is a 50–50 Engagement

 

This work is most effective when it is co-created.

 

I bring:

You bring:

 

  • Context specific to your business 

  • Openness and willingness to be challenged

  • Ownership of decisions

This is not passive advice. It is a working session.

 

HOW TO GET FULL VALUE

 

To ensure you receive the full value of this engagement:

 

  • Come with a clear problem, decision, or situation

  • Be ready for a direct, focused conversation

  • Expect to be challenged

  • Take responsibility for translating insight into action

 

The quality of outcomes is directly proportional to the quality of your engagement.

 

Terms of Engagement

 

By booking a session, you are entering into a professional agreement with an independent consultant.

 

1. Services & Fees

 

  • Individual Leadership Consultation: INR 20,000 per hour

  • Leadership Team Consultation: INR 200,000 per session

 

Sessions are conducted live via video and are typically structured as 1-hour or 2-hour engagements.

 

2. Booking & Payment

 

  • Full payment is required in advance

  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received

  • Scheduling and invoicing are managed via Wix

3. Refund Policy

​

This is a premium, high-engagement service with a clear standard of delivery. Pre-session preparedness is paramount for the best value from your live session. All payments are strictly non-refundable.

 

If you believe the session did not meet reasonable expectations:

 

  • You may submit a clear concern within 48 hours

  • A follow-up interaction may be offered at my discretion to address gaps

 

No monetary refunds will be issued.

4. Rescheduling

 

  • Requests must be made at least 48hours in advance

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations maybe forfeited

 

5. Client Responsibility & Shared Ownership

 

This engagement is collaborative in nature.

 

I provide perspective, frameworks, and recommendations.

You are responsible for context, decision-making, and execution.

 

You agree to:

 

  • Show up on time and prepared

  • Engage honestly and actively

  • Take ownership of decisions and follow-through

 

Outcomes depend on your level of participation and application.

 

6. Nature of Engagement

 

  • This is an advisory service only

  • No employment, partnership, or fiduciary relationship is created

  • Guidance is based on the information you provide and may not reflect all variables.

7. Confidentiality

 

All information shared during sessions will be kept strictly confidential, subject only to legal obligations.

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

All frameworks, methods, and materials shared remain my intellectual property.

 

They may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercialized without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

 

I am not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.

 

Any liability is limited to the fee paid for the session

 

10. Governing Law

 

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of India.
