About Karina
Karina Monteiro is a business strategist specializing in operational resilience, capacity protection, and systemic growth for women-led enterprises and teams. Her work is rooted in a core operational thesis: When an operating model is not designed to absorb pressure, it strains people, execution and resources while threatening business survival and growth.
With this philosophy, Karina has built a 20+ year track record refining, stabilizing, and scaling operations, most notably, an 11× scale-up through complex market cycles and real-time capacity shocks. Her contribution has won her over 15 corporate awards for operations and execution excellence, leadership and strategy across financial services, consulting, marketing communications, brand strategy and social impact.
Karina’s thought leadership has earned her institutional recognition including an invitation to Women and Words 2026 by StoreHouse Voices (a Crown Imprint of Penguin Random House). She was a winner at the Jombay 1000 Women Leaders Program 2023. Karina partners with executive leaders to build resilient operating models that reduce key-person dependency, and sustain long-term growth.
